What time can I have my room available?
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out before 11.00. We remind you that the reception will be at your disposal with the following hours: 08.00 - 22.30

What should I do if I arrive late in the evening?
There are no problems, but we invite you to contact the Hotel before 22.00 to provide all the necessary information.

Do the hotel rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, all our rooms have a private bathroom with hairdryer and courtesy set.

Can I leave the room later than 11.00 am?
Yes, but it depends on availability. We therefore invite you to contact the reception the previous evening or the morning of departure

Can I smoke in the rooms or areas of the hotel?
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the structure and in the rooms. We have created an outdoor area designated for the purpose.

How can I book a special offer?
Simply by visiting our section Booking will find the offer that suits you!

What taxes will I have to pay together with the bill?
Only the city tax of 2 € per person/night for a maximum of 5 nights, from 15 years upwards. The other taxes are already included.

Can I pay the bill on arrival?
Yes, our operators at the reception are available until 10.30 pm.

Can I bring my dog to the hotel?
Of course! At our hotel pets are welcome. We invite you to notify us at the time of booking. There is a small supplement.

Where can I park my car?
Our structure does not have private parking, however you can park your car in front of the hotel, where there is plenty of parking, all free.

What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PagoBancomat, Maestro, JBC

Do you have a shuttle service available to and from the airport?
Unfortunately not, but the structure is very easy to reach. We invite you to consult the page how to reach us, you will find all the information you need. We are at your disposal to organize transfers.

How far is the hotel from the center?
On foot you can reach the center of Forte dei Marmi in just 5 minutes.

Is Internet connection available in the Hotel?
The entire structure is covered by WiFi signal that will allow you to surf the internet. The service is completely free.

Are there restaurants near the hotel?
For this season our restaurant will not be active but there are numerous restaurants nearby, we will be happy to give you all the information you need.
