Check-in from 15.00 and Check-out from 11.00 a.m.
The reception will be at your disposal from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm. In case of arrival outside these times there are no problems but we invite you to contact the hotel before 22.00 in order to be able to give you all the information. If you need to leave before 7.30 in the morning or during the night, we kindly ask you to pay the previous evening.
To confirm the reservation we require a credit card as guarantee or, in the high season, a deposit of approximately 30% of the total stay to be paid by bank transfer or credit card, which will not be returned in case of cancellation or no-show.
In the event of a no-show, from 12.00 on the day following check-in the hotel reserves the right to resell the room without notice.
Possibility of "late check-out" for a fee, on request and subject to availability.

City Tax
The municipal tourist tax is payable locally, € 2 per person per day, up to a maximum of 5 nights, from 15 years on.

Four-legged friends are our welcome guests
Our Hotel does not distinguish between small and large sizes, animals are all welcome, their entry is allowed as long as they are not a source of disturbance or danger to other customers.
Please communicate the presence of the animal at the time of booking, there is a supplement for more thorough cleaning of the room with adequate detergents and sanitizers.
